  一、基本信息

  王躍進(jìn),男,漢族,1958年4月生,陜西三原縣人,中共黨員,博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。1982年7月本科畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)學(xué)院園藝系,獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;被分配到中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院特產(chǎn)研究所從事野生山葡萄研究。1986年9月碩士研究生畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系果樹專業(yè),同年同期留校任教至今。1993年7月博士研究生畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系果樹專業(yè)。1994年1月-1995年7月在美國(guó)佛羅里達(dá)農(nóng)工大學(xué)葡萄研究中心進(jìn)行合作研究及博士后項(xiàng)目研究,獲該大學(xué)的博士后證書,并獲美國(guó)佛羅里達(dá)農(nóng)工大學(xué)突出貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)。

  王躍進(jìn)教授現(xiàn)任西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科果樹學(xué)學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,是陜西省"三五人才",教育部跨世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才,國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼獲得者,中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)授予的“全國(guó)優(yōu)秀科技工作者。

  王躍進(jìn)教授兼任農(nóng)業(yè)部西北園藝植物種質(zhì)資源與遺傳改良重點(diǎn)開放實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任;國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)第六屆學(xué)科評(píng)議組成員;教育部高等學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)副主任委員;中國(guó)園藝學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事;陜西省園藝學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng);陜西省科協(xié)副主席;,陜西省學(xué)位委員會(huì)第三屆委員、陜西省學(xué)位委員會(huì)學(xué)科評(píng)議組成員;陜西省高級(jí)專家協(xié)會(huì)常務(wù)理事;陜西省發(fā)明協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員;《中國(guó)農(nóng)學(xué)通報(bào)》副主編、西北植物學(xué)報(bào)副主編、《園藝學(xué)報(bào)》、《果樹學(xué)報(bào)》、《中外葡萄與葡萄酒》、《西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》(自然科學(xué)版)等編委會(huì)委員。

  二、研究方向

  主要研究方向?yàn)楣麡浞N質(zhì)資源與遺傳育種,30多年來一直從事葡萄種質(zhì)資源與育種研究。目前,主要在中國(guó)野生葡萄抗白粉病基因功能研究與應(yīng)用,無核葡萄胚挽救與無核葡萄新品系培育,葡萄雜交育種與應(yīng)用研究。

  三、 開設(shè)課程

  承擔(dān)本科生及碩士、博士研究生《新生研討課》、《科研基本方法》、《現(xiàn)代園藝植物科學(xué)進(jìn)展》和《現(xiàn)代生物技術(shù)》等課程。

  四、主要學(xué)術(shù)成果

  先后系統(tǒng)地進(jìn)行了中國(guó)野生葡萄資源抗白粉病的研究,篩選出了一批抗病的野生葡萄種和株系,獲得了一批中國(guó)野生葡萄×歐洲葡萄的F1優(yōu)系。1998年以來系統(tǒng)開展了無核葡萄胚挽救育種研究,將無核葡萄×無核葡萄、無核葡萄×中國(guó)野生葡萄等雜交后不能形成種子的幼胚離體條件下培養(yǎng),從中選育出大粒無核抗病優(yōu)系00-3-1;其中歐洲葡萄無核品種間雜種胚挽救,已從中選育出大粒無核優(yōu)系00-2-7。

  主持及完成了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金9項(xiàng)、國(guó)家“863”項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家轉(zhuǎn)基因植物研究與產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)專項(xiàng)、教育部"跨世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃"、農(nóng)業(yè)部“948”項(xiàng)目、農(nóng)業(yè)部豐收計(jì)劃、高校博士點(diǎn)基金、陜西省重大科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目、 “十一五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃2項(xiàng)、“十五”科技攻關(guān)、國(guó)家葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系崗位科學(xué)家項(xiàng)目、公益性行業(yè)(農(nóng)業(yè))農(nóng)業(yè)科研專項(xiàng)。獲得國(guó)家授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10項(xiàng)。在國(guó)際GenBank數(shù)據(jù)庫提交與葡萄抗逆、無核有關(guān)的基因序列、EST序列等6000多條。

  發(fā)表論文50多篇,其中SCI論文30篇。

  2004年度獲陜西省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)“胚挽救技術(shù)體系的建立及抗病無核葡萄新品系選育”;

  2007年度獲陜西省科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)“中國(guó)葡萄屬植物野生種抗白粉病基因克隆研究”。
