
1.基本信息
徐凌飛,男,漢族,1969年6月生,陜西乾縣人。博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。1992年7月畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝系,獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;2001年7月、2005年12月畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院,獲果樹學(xué)碩士學(xué)位、果樹學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2010年-2011年在美國USDA ARS做訪問學(xué)者。現(xiàn)為中國園藝學(xué)會(huì)梨分會(huì)副理事長、陜西省梨產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系首席科學(xué)家等。
2.研究方向
(1)梨種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新與遺傳改良研究 矮化和抗性種質(zhì)發(fā)掘與利用,抗性突變體創(chuàng)制,多倍體創(chuàng)制,轉(zhuǎn)基因育種,新品種培育;(2)重要性狀形成的分子機(jī)制 果實(shí)色澤(紅色)性狀、極早熟性狀、矮化性狀、單性結(jié)實(shí)解析與基因發(fā)掘等。(3)梨優(yōu)質(zhì)高效省力化栽培技術(shù)研究 矮化栽培、喬化省力化栽培、西洋梨栽培等。
3. 開設(shè)課程
本科生《園藝植物組織培養(yǎng)》、《園藝植物組織培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)》等課程以及“園田操作技能訓(xùn)練”、“果樹冬季修剪”、“畢業(yè)綜合實(shí)習(xí)”、“植物育種實(shí)習(xí)”等實(shí)踐實(shí)習(xí)的教學(xué)。
4.代表性論著和成果
先后主持國家自然科學(xué)基金、國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目子課題、國家梨產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系楊凌綜合試驗(yàn)站等科研項(xiàng)目20多項(xiàng)。獲中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、陜西省科技成果獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),培育梨新品種4個(gè)。
