
1.基本信息
陳書霞,女,博士,教授,博士生導師,陜西省蔬菜工程技術中心主任。1995年本科畢業(yè),1997-2000年在西北農林科技大學園藝學院蔬菜專業(yè)攻讀碩士學位,2000.7獲農學碩士學位;2003年在西北農林科技大學園藝學院蔬菜專業(yè)攻讀博士學位,2003.7獲農學博士學位;2010年1月至2011年1月在德國哥廷根大學植物病理與分子生物學系作訪問學者一年。2016年11至2017年3月在美國威斯康星麥迪遜分校做訪問學者。主持國家自然基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃重點專項子課題、科技部支撐計劃子課題、陜西省農業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新驅動項目、陜西省攻關項目等科研項目。
2.研究方向
在科學研究方面,重點開展了黃瓜醛類香氣形成的分子機理、黃瓜重要農藝性狀基因克隆和分子標記開發(fā)、黃瓜相關防御基因參與生物和非生物脅迫的分子機理及黃瓜種質資源研究和評價、果菜類土傳病害的環(huán)境友好型防治技術等。
3. 開設課程
承擔本科生《園藝學概論》、《蔬菜栽培學原理》、《園藝植物栽培學》、《蔬菜栽培學各論》、《園田技能訓練》、《蔬菜綜合實習》等課程;研究生課程《園產品安全生產》等。
4.主要學術成果
先后主持國家自然基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃重點專項子課題、科技部支撐計劃子課題、陜西省農業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新驅動項目、陜西省攻關項目、西安市及榆林市科技計劃項目、校青年骨干支持計劃、科研業(yè)務費及唐仲英大蒜育種基金等科研項目等,參加蔥姜蒜公益性行業(yè)專項等多項國家級及省部級項目。
近年來主持的科研項目:
(1)黃瓜轉錄因子CsMADS-RIN調控脂氧合酶基因CsLOX09及CsLOX23參與醛類香氣形成的分子機理,經費來源:國家自然科學基金。主持
(2)黃瓜CC型谷氧還蛋白CsGRX1負調控灰霉病抗性反應的分子機制(31772335)經費來源:國家自然科學基金。主持
(3)黃瓜脂氧合酶基因CsLOX02和CsLOX08在C9醛類香氣合成中的功能解析(31572143)經費來源:國家自然科學基金。主持
(4)國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目“黃瓜醛類香氣形成的分子機理和調控”子課題,主持
(5)陜西省農業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新驅動項目“設施果菜茬口安排及高效模式集成與應用”,主持
(6)寧夏自治區(qū)重大科研項目專題子課題“設施蔬菜豐產增效與健康生產技術研究”,主持
5.主要學術論著
在國內外學術刊物上發(fā)表學術論文40多篇。副主編全國高等農林院校十三五規(guī)劃教材1部,主編校級教材1部,參編研究生教材1部;參編蔬菜高產栽培關鍵技術的專著1本。獲批國家實用新型專利1項,制定地方標準3項。
