1.基本信息
徐記迪，男，1988年02月生，湖北孝感人，博士，副教授，博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事蘋果逆境響應(yīng)與表觀調(diào)控研究。
主要經(jīng)歷：
2005.09-2009.06華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院園藝專業(yè)，獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；
2006.09-2009.06華中科技大學(xué)外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院英語(yǔ)專業(yè)（第二學(xué)位），獲文學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；
2009.09-2015.12華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院果樹學(xué)專業(yè)，碩博連讀，獲農(nóng)學(xué)博士學(xué)位；
2015.12-2017.12西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院果樹系，講師；
2018.01-今 西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)園藝學(xué)院果樹系，副教授。
2. 研究方向
主要從事園藝植物表觀遺傳調(diào)控與環(huán)境因子互作研究。以園藝植物果樹的重要園藝性狀為目標(biāo)，利用基因組學(xué)、功能基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、植物基因工程等方法探究果樹在非生物逆境脅迫、果實(shí)發(fā)育及品質(zhì)形成等生物學(xué)過程中的表觀調(diào)控機(jī)制。
本研究小組常年招收致力于園藝科學(xué)研究的研究生、博士生！

（2）國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目，“組蛋白修飾因子MdSUVH4與MdHDA6協(xié)同調(diào)控蘋果響應(yīng)干旱的分子機(jī)制”，主持；
（3）國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目，“組蛋白去乙酰化酶MdHDA6在蘋果干旱脅迫中的功能及調(diào)控作用研究”，主持；
（4）陜西省重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)子課題，“蘋果現(xiàn)代育種技術(shù)研發(fā)和特色新種質(zhì)創(chuàng)制” 主持；
（5）陜西省自然科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究計(jì)劃面上項(xiàng)目，“MdHDA6與MdJAZ3協(xié)同調(diào)控蘋果響應(yīng)干旱脅迫的分子機(jī)制”，主持；
（6）中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助，“蘋果OCP3在干旱脅迫中的功能及其表觀調(diào)控機(jī)制研究”，主持；
