1．基本信息
梁微，女，陜西西安人，無黨派人士，博士，講師，碩士研究生導師，第八屆歐美同學會-意大利分會理事。2004年本科畢業(yè)于西北大學生命科學學院生物科學專業(yè)，2007年碩士畢業(yè)于西北大學生命科學學院植物細胞生物學專業(yè)， 2010年1月獲批歐盟伊拉斯謨對外合作窗口（Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Windows）項目資助的博士獎學金赴意大利博洛尼亞大學農(nóng)學院果樹系學習并獲博士學位。2014年入職西北農(nóng)林科技大學園藝學院果樹系。主持西北農(nóng)林科技大學教學改革研究培育項目和西北農(nóng)林科技大學‘課程思政’示范課程項目各一項。公開發(fā)表教育教學改革論文3篇。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目、陜西省自然科學基礎研究計劃-青年人才項目、陜西省專項配套資助、中央高校基本科研業(yè)務費、西北農(nóng)林科技大學國際科技合作種子基金等課題8項。
2. 研究方向
主要從事蘋果屬種質(zhì)資源遺傳多態(tài)性分析和蘋果抗病相關(guān)基因的定位與發(fā)掘，分子標記輔助育種。重點內(nèi)容為：①蘋果屬種質(zhì)資源（野生種和栽培品種）遺傳多態(tài)性及基于分子標記策略的蘋果屬（組、系）分類和進化關(guān)系的研究；②基于高通量SNP基因分型芯片（Apple illumina 20K SNP beadchip）構(gòu)建遺傳連鎖圖譜，定位蘋果褐斑病抗病相關(guān)基因并開發(fā)緊密連鎖標記用于分子標記輔助育種。
3. 開設課程
承擔本科生“園藝植物生物技術(shù)”（中英文）和碩士研究生“植物育種理論與技術(shù)”等課程。
