

1.基本信息
田樹(shù)娟,女,河南省鶴壁市人,武漢大學(xué)博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。2018年6加入園藝學(xué)院蔬菜系“瓜類(lèi)作物種質(zhì)資源與遺傳改良”團(tuán)隊(duì)。擔(dān)任教育部“旱區(qū)園藝作物抗逆與品質(zhì)改良生物育種”高等學(xué)校學(xué)科創(chuàng)新引智基地(國(guó)家111計(jì)劃)核心骨干和秘書(shū),陜西省“旱區(qū)蔬菜作物抗逆優(yōu)質(zhì)生物育種”學(xué)科創(chuàng)新引智基地(陜西省111基地)核心骨干和基地聯(lián)系人,西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)“蒲城西瓜試驗(yàn)示范基地”崗位專(zhuān)家,“瓜類(lèi)作物種質(zhì)資源與遺傳改良”校級(jí)優(yōu)秀導(dǎo)師團(tuán)隊(duì)核心骨干。兼任《Plant, Cell & Environment》、《Journal of Experimental Botany》等國(guó)際權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊審稿人。
主持包括國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)、省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)研發(fā)1項(xiàng)、省級(jí)面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)等在內(nèi)的科研項(xiàng)目10項(xiàng)。在 Nature Plants 、 PNAS 、 Plant, Cell & Environment 等國(guó)內(nèi)外權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表論文30余篇。其中,以第一或通訊作者 New Phytologist 、 Journal of Experimental Botany 、 Horticulture Research 、 the Crop Journal 、 Horticultural Plant Journal 等國(guó)內(nèi)外權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表論文11篇,包括中科院一區(qū)Top論文5篇,獲批國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利3件,選育西瓜優(yōu)質(zhì)特色新品種1個(gè)。
2.教學(xué)工作
主要承擔(dān)本科生《園藝植物組織培養(yǎng)》、《園藝植物栽培學(xué)總論》、《有機(jī)園藝》、《食用菌栽培學(xué)》及研究生《園藝植物基因組學(xué)》等課程。
3.研究方向
聚焦西瓜高效分子育種研究,內(nèi)容主要包括:(1)西瓜早期果實(shí)胎座發(fā)育的分子調(diào)控機(jī)制解析;(2)西瓜易位無(wú)/少籽機(jī)理研究;(3)西瓜高效基因編輯技術(shù)研發(fā)及特色新種制創(chuàng)制應(yīng)用等。
