

1. 基本信息
劉漢強,男,博士,1988 年 2 月生,陜西延安人。現(xiàn)任西北農(nóng)林科技大學園藝學院講師,碩士生導師。主要研究領域集中在黃瓜與甜瓜分子遺傳學、功能基因組學與精準育種技術,包括正向遺傳學定位、基因組圖譜構建、基因編輯與標記輔助選擇育種等。團隊成果落地轉(zhuǎn)化性強,兼具理論深度與實踐價值。
2. 研究方向
聚焦黃瓜、甜瓜等蔬菜作物的重要性狀解析與分子設計育種,目標是解決產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的關鍵科學問題,并培養(yǎng)具備前沿視野與實踐能力的青年科研人才。主要方向包括:
(1)功能基因組與性狀定位:通過多組學(基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組、代謝組)技術結合圖位克隆技術,快速定位、克隆黃瓜/甜瓜抗病、果色、果形、株形等重要農(nóng)藝性狀調(diào)控基因;
(2)基因功能解析:利用 CRISPR/Cas9 基因編輯、超表達、RNAi 等技術,驗證關鍵基因功能,解析蔬菜重要農(nóng)藝性狀形成的分子機理;
(3)種質(zhì)創(chuàng)新與育種應用:收集優(yōu)異黃瓜 / 甜瓜種質(zhì)資源,創(chuàng)制突變體材料,將基因定位成果轉(zhuǎn)化為分子標記,建立高效分子標記輔助選擇育種體系,培育優(yōu)質(zhì)、抗逆的瓜類新品種;
