  2.主要研究領(lǐng)域 Main Research Fields & Contents

  團(tuán)隊(duì)圍繞1)葡萄種質(zhì)資源收集、評(píng)價(jià)與利用;2)野生葡萄抗白粉病、霜霉病、黑痘病等主要真菌病害遺傳及抗病功能基因鑒定;3)野生葡萄抗逆資源評(píng)價(jià)與及抗逆分子機(jī)理;4)葡萄無(wú)核性狀分子機(jī)理與胚挽救育種;5)葡萄新品種培育與遺傳改良。

  4.主要研究成果Academic achievements

  先后系統(tǒng)地進(jìn)行了中國(guó)野生葡萄資源主要抗真菌病害和抗旱(寒)評(píng)價(jià),篩選了一批抗病、抗逆的野生葡萄種和株系,獲得了一批中國(guó)野生葡萄×歐洲葡萄的F1優(yōu)系。1998年以來(lái)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展了無(wú)核葡萄胚挽救育種研究,將無(wú)核葡萄×無(wú)核葡萄、無(wú)核葡萄×中國(guó)野生葡萄、無(wú)核葡萄×有核葡萄等雜交后幼胚進(jìn)行離體培養(yǎng),從中選育出大粒無(wú)核抗病、大粒無(wú)核品種??。在國(guó)際GenBank數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)登錄與葡萄抗逆、無(wú)核有關(guān)的基因序列、EST序列6000多條。發(fā)表論文200多篇,其中SCI論文40篇。2004年度獲陜西省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)“胚挽救技術(shù)體系的建立及抗病無(wú)核葡萄新品系選育”;2007年度獲陜西省科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)一項(xiàng)“中國(guó)葡萄屬植物野生種抗白粉病基因克隆研究”。獲得國(guó)家授權(quán)發(fā)明專(zhuān)利10項(xiàng)。

  The biotic and abiotic stresses of Chinese wild grapevines were systematically evaluated, identified a number of resistant wild grapevine species and strains, and obtained a lot of hybrid F1 generation from interspecific cross combination between Chinese wild grapes and European grapevine cultivars. Our group is also actively involved in breeding table, raisin grapes for resistance to diseases. Particularly, since 1998, we have interested in breeding of seedless grape variety for resistance to fungal diseases with cross combinations between Chinese wild grapes species and commercial seedless grape varieties using embryo rescue method. Some of novel varieties which shows significant characteristics of much bigger fruit grain, seedless and resistant to diseases were released in last several years. Six thousand EST sequences of grapevines related to resistant to disease and seedless were submitted to NCBI database. We have published in total more than 200 academic papers including more than 40 SCI papers, such as New Phytologist, Journal Experimental Botany. We got one “First prize of Shaanxi province Scientific and technological progress in the field of Chinese wild grapevine resistance to disease” and one “Second prize of Shaanxi province Scientific and technological progress in the field of development of novel seedless varieties”. We have awarded ten items of national patents.

  


  5.團(tuán)隊(duì)主要成員 Team members

  團(tuán)隊(duì)由來(lái)自園藝學(xué)院、林學(xué)院等單位9位科教人員組成,依托國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科果樹(shù)學(xué)、旱區(qū)作物逆境生物學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和農(nóng)業(yè)部西北地區(qū)園藝作物生物學(xué)與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)制重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開(kāi)展工作,形成了教授、副教授、講師、博士后和研究生為主的結(jié)構(gòu)合理的創(chuàng)新研究隊(duì)伍。

  Research group includes 9 faculties and staffs from College of horticulture. We conduct the research supported by the key national discipline in Pomology, State key laboratory of crop stress biology for arid areas and Key Laboratory of Horticultural Plant Biology and Germplasm Innovation in Northwest China, Ministry of Agriculture. The research member includes Professor, Associate Professor, Young Lecturers, Postdoctoral fellows and Graduate students.

  張劍俠   教授

  園藝學(xué)院,博士生導(dǎo)師,陜西省葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系葡萄育種崗位專(zhuān)家,主要從事葡萄遺傳育種及抗逆分子機(jī)理研究。
