開發(fā)枯萎病生理小種2分子標(biāo)記，開展枯萎病
人工接種與分子標(biāo)記鑒定相結(jié)合的
抗病育種研究；發(fā)明西瓜苗期疫病抗病性人工接種鑒定方法，西瓜
多抗性鑒定與育種；研究西
瓜熟性與果實(shí)糖分種類積累規(guī)律，建立
熟性育種與優(yōu)質(zhì)性育種相結(jié)合的育種技術(shù)；開展西瓜輻射誘變易位育種。研制西瓜幼苗耐冷性與耐旱性鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，篩選西瓜耐冷性與耐旱性資源；建立西瓜性狀多因素、多層次模糊綜合分析評優(yōu)模型。建立甜瓜四倍體高效誘導(dǎo)技術(shù)，育成優(yōu)質(zhì)薄皮甜瓜四倍體雜交品種；
選育“農(nóng)科大”系列西瓜17個(gè)、“農(nóng)大甜”系列甜瓜12個(gè)，
累計(jì)推廣面積300多萬畝，
新增產(chǎn)值9.6億元，推動(dòng)了我國西甜瓜產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。發(fā)表論文300多篇，其中SCI論文56篇。“優(yōu)質(zhì)高效無公害西瓜栽培技術(shù)推廣” 2008 年獲
陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)；“甜瓜穴盤基質(zhì)育苗新技術(shù)示范與推廣”2012年獲陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)推廣成果獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)；“農(nóng)科大系列西瓜新品種的選育”2013年獲
陜西省科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)。“西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)西甜瓜資源創(chuàng)新與遺傳改良團(tuán)隊(duì)”2013年獲
中國園藝學(xué)會華耐園藝科技獎(jiǎng)；
“農(nóng)科大系列西瓜新品種的選育與推廣”2015獲大北農(nóng)科技獎(jiǎng)創(chuàng)意獎(jiǎng)。“優(yōu)質(zhì)高效無公害西瓜栽培技術(shù)示范推廣”2019年獲農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部神農(nóng)中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)。
Our group has developed molecular makers for Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum race 2 in watermelon, and performed resistance breeding using combination artificial inoculation and molecular markers technologies.
The identification method of blight through artificial inoculation in watermelon seedlings,
as well as
multi-resistance evaluation and breeding, have also been successfully devised. Furthermore, we focus on the study of accumulating pattern between the maturity and sugar content in fruit, and establish the mature and high quality breeding technology. The translocation breeding induced by radiation has also been studied. Meanwhile, we confirmed the
tolerance standards to cold and drought of watermelon seedlings, and obtain lots of cold and drought tolerant germplasm resource. Comprehensive analysis of assessment model, as well as the tetraploid induction of melon and high efficient megaspore cultivation techniques, are successfully developed. Our group
have breeded 17
watermelon varieties of ‘NongKeDa’ series, 12 melon varieties of ‘NongDaTian’ , which have been grown in about 50 thousand acres and produced 960 million yuan. We have published more than 300 academic papers, including 56 SCI papers. We got a first prize of Shaanxi Agricultural Technology Promotion Award in 2008 and a second prize in 2012. In 2013, we got a first prize of Shaanxi scientific and technological award, the prize of Chinese horticultural science and technology award and Science and Technology Award of ‘DaBeiNong’. In 2019, our team won the second prize of Shennong Agricultural Science and Technology Award of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, titiled as "Demonstration and Promotion of High quality and efficient Pollution-free Watermelon Cultivation Technology".

團(tuán)隊(duì)由來自園藝學(xué)院15位科教人員組成，依托陜西省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科蔬菜學(xué)、旱區(qū)作物逆境生物學(xué)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和農(nóng)業(yè)部西北地區(qū)園藝作物生物學(xué)與種質(zhì)創(chuàng)制重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開展工作，形成了教授、副研究員、副教授、講師、技師、博士后和研究生為主的結(jié)構(gòu)合理的創(chuàng)新研究隊(duì)伍。

faculties and staffs from college of horticulture. We conduct the research supported by the key national discipline in
olericulture, state key laboratory of crop stress biology for arid areas and key laboratory of horticultural plant biology and germplasm innovation in Northwest China, ministry of agriculture. The research member includes professor, associate professor, young lecturers, technician, postdoctoral fellows and postgraduate students.
